I have dealt with carecentrix for a while and the issues we experience never seem to get better. we have been trying to bill for a good denial to bill the secondary and they cannot seem to manage that.

we send them spreadsheet after spreadsheet and no resolution after 8+ months. Their new work around doesn't even work. They stated that our claim note has spaces (which they did not), and then it wasn't a spacing issue it was another issue.

we have over $400K outstanding for them to process and pay/deny and they are unable to do so. If there were zero stars to give them, they would get zero stars in all areas

Why isn't there an email on the Main website? Why do I have to search for a way to make a complaint?

Get more staff and put the email on the website . Why make your customers more mad by having to search and read all the other Nasty complaints from other customers?
