I don't Carecentrix
I have never gotten through to them and am looking for a new provider. I am not going to pay their bill, and assume that will get someone to call me.
Each time I have called I have gotten the message about them having higher than usual call volumn. I don't think anyone works there. The current call I am on now, I have been on hold for 48 minutes and the initial announcement said that the wait would be 5 minutes!!
If you must use them, beware. I rhink the way that they operate is essentially "self service", but when you receive their bills they are insufficiently detailed so you have to call them for clarification.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: All I ever wanted was a person to speak with about my bill..
Carecentrix Cons: Bad customer care.
