Carecentrix - Long wait times and incompetence
I have called Carecentrix twice. Each time I have called, I have been on hold for over an hour.
They keep telling me they will send me a form to add my secondary insurance, but they haven't. This was told to me by two different customer service agents. I was told that they would send me a form via email and it would take 24 hours. Its been days and I never received anything!!
I am on hold again for the third time waiting for customer service.
I have been on hold for 27 minutes, and Im still waiting for an agent. This is *** I really wish Cigna would contract with another company or get more competent customer service agents!!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $400.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Carecentrix Cons: Long wait times, Bad customer care.
