they reached out to let me know i have to pay them. no discount or assistance with return on going for 8 months. What a shame.
Their customer service is rude and useless. They will lie to you to get you off the phone. Never use Carecentrix. Never sent a return label.
Now getting letters from a collection agency. They rip off their customers and prey on their customers.

Verified Reviewer |Ship first, bill without authorization later
I was sent three cartons of medical supplies, and 2 months later, I was sent a $1,100 bill. Nobody called and told me that I would be receiving a bill for this product.
I have been called multiple times about it and explained to them that I didn't authorize these charges and I'm not going to be able to pay for it. I also commented on how the pharmacy normally wouldn't even put through a prescription for over $50 without notifying me. How could they send $1,100 worth of something without asking if I wanted it? I would have refused it.
Now they're threatening to put me into collections. I shouldn't be responsible for this because I didn't authorize it; they can't just spend my money, and nobody is doing anything to work with me on this.
All they're doing is calling me and asking me to make a payment. Beware when getting anything from this company and check with your insurance prior to see what your responsibility is going to be, because they're not letting you know ahead of time!

CCX was involved with my payer for a DME claim. Coverage was confirmed and was paid.
However, CCX got the payment and never forwarded it to the provider. This is fraudulent and illegal.

I work for a company located in NJ, we have claims being paid directly to care centrix by other insurance providers and they are keeping the payments instead of forwarding them to our company. I would have to say that this is insurance fraud at its finest.

I was given one price for my Dexcom sensor but that only for one month not the complete order. They are completely misleading crooks. We are looking for a new supplier.

I am a CPAP customer for my health. Care Centric is sending me supplies that I have not asked for. Then, when I want to return it, this is what happens:
They promise a return label that never comes.
They hang up on you.
The phone waiting time is crazy.
They profit from sick people.
Very, very bad.

Terrible company to deal with
Trying to log in using the correct password. Site said it was the wrong password, so I hit reset password.
It asked for my security question answers, all of which I answered correctly. It told me they did not match what was on file. Called to try to get help.
Said they couldn't help and would need to return my call. Ridiculous.

I stay on hold for HOURS, no one answers... the website obviously does not have the right information entered on their end, because it says i "entered the wrong information" though it is right in front of me!!!
I'm trying to give them money and they asked to speak to the patient for HIPA reasons... HE'S 5 years old, disabled and NON VERBAL!!! They want me to send a power of attorney before they will speak about a BILL I'M trying to PAY!!! and now theyre threatening collections...

I thought it would be cheaper but your price is 1562.36 vs. 60.00 from Walmart for 3 months.
I never got an invoice that itwould be a total of 468.72 I want to send back the unused boxes so someone else can use them I keep getting the run around. Please help me .I called care centrex again today and spoke with Jay in the Phillipines (really?) Can you please.

Feels like a scam...
Overall, it seems this company (who appear to be one of several under different names) enjoys putting bills on auto cycle with no end it sight. This company charges at and above retail prices for CPAP items that can be obtained for less on Amazon.
If you have the ability to use another company, I recommend it greatly!! In my opinion, this company is not using ethical operations as to how they bill customers, will not be using them again ever.

Verified ReviewerCarecentrix invoices make no sense and they fail to send the invoices to the right insurance companies.
This is still an open issue. It turns out that the doctor never contacted the insurance company for prior approval.
According to their files, they informed Care Centrix. Care Centrix never passed that information on to either the doctor or my wife.
However, Carecentrix always sends the bills to Florida Blue. They won't pay since we are actually members of Michigan Blue Cross. In addition, we have secondary insurance through Medicare. Again, Carecentrix refuses to bill Medicare even after we send letters and copies of my Medicare insurance cards.
When you call they are argumentative and full of excuses and lies. They have yet to respond to letters sent via certified mail.
