Carecentrix - Frustrated
My spouse had a right total knee and care centrix help up the equipment we needed in the hospital! I had to call multiple times and finally file a complaint against them. We even had to contact a DME company and rent the necessary equipment out of pocket until carecentrix could get it from a provider!

Carecentrix calls me every day re Cigna, looking for a man I never heard of. I am not a customer of Carecentrix or Cigna. I blocked the number but still receive daily automated messages. I tried calling Carecentrix but everything was automated. My fiance called both companies for me, but offshore customer service was no help. Very frustrating! I would never do business with these people!
