Billing is screwy. I made payment arrangements, they tood a couple of payments from my checking account, but balance never updated on statement.

I called to question, never got ahold of a person. They said they needed it in writing that I had permission to talk on my husband's behalf. We had already gone through the process to mae paymentsthe 1st time!

So everything STOPPED - Billing, debit withdrawals.. Now, about 6 months later, Im getting a letter from collection agency for this company's shoddy business practices!!!

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
