Carecentrix - Suspect billing practices

I received items that I never ordered. When I called, they sent me a slip / postage paid to return the items.
I have received numerous calls, notices since...completely ignoring my previous calls to reiterate what occurred to no avail. My account has still not been resolved several calls, etc. They billed my insurance fraudulently/ erroneously and refuse to resolve.
To put in perspective, all of my time, calls, and effort to resolve has been over $12. Unbelievable.
