Told different things by different people at Carecentrix
I can't trust these folks at CareCentrix. I was told that a training session for INR home monitoring with the CoaguChek machine done on Jan 11, 2017 was the only charge I would get if I returned the machine by the end of March (postmarked by this date) but now I am getting calls from CareCentrix wanting to bill me for 3 additional encounters (3 additional tests) with this machine...something that NEVER happened.
I returned the machine by the promised date and should only be getting billed for that one encounter on Jan. 11, 2017.
This is really bad. I don't know how to dispute this wrong bill and the phone calls back and forth are not only time-consuming, but also frustrating because I seem to be getting nowhere towards resolving something that should be a very straightforward, easy to resolve situation.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
