Carecentrix - Wrongful billing

This company continues to bill me for a company that it does not represent. The company they claim to be billing for and myself have contacted Carecentrix and informed them to stop the wrongful billing, to no avail.
If you try to contact them by phone you will be put on a very long hold time. You should avoid doing business with this company, and be sure if you are billed by them it is justified.
If you are billed, it is almost impossible to contact a person to speak to at the company. They usually bill in small amounts, which most people would pay and not question.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

There billing is a horrible thing. They don't know what they are doing. It's a nightmare
My husband got a second bill front this company that he DID NOT EVEN USED, SERVICE OR EQUIPMENT. None.
